Q1 Update 2024

Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of all our business operations. Seafast has a responsibility to safeguard the environment – through corporate responsible business practices and our commitment to meeting the UN Global Compact and UN Sustainable Development Goals.

To achieve these goals, Seafast’s sustainability model focuses on the following four key areas:

  • Social Governance: Human rights risk situations / Human development and training in the workplace
  • Environmental Control: Preventing Pollution / Climate change mitigation
  • Corporate Governance: Quality / Health & Safety at Work / Compliance

Seafast have a dedicated SHEQ team to support our sustainability model with the following milestone objectives for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Sustainability Reporting:

  • ISO Certifications for Warehouse, Cold Chain & Transport Divisions Q3 2023 – Complete
  • ISO Certifications for Container Storage Q4 2023 – Complete
  • Establish carbon footprint baseline Q4 2023 – Complete
  • Develop inhouse Carbon Reporting system for ESOS, SECR, Net Zero Target – Q1 2024
  • Publish ESOS Action Plan Q2 – 2024
  • Publish ESG Report Q2 – 2024
  • Publish Seafast ESG Report 2024 Including Net Zero performance Q2 2024
