“In offering our quotation we would point out that the movement will be carried out in accordance with BIFA Standard Trading Conditions.
These Conditions restrict our liability to you on the basis of weight and we would draw your attention to Clause 26 of the Conditions in this respect. We strongly suggest you purchase Cargo insurance to cover your full value interest in the goods and we will be happy to facilitate this if so require.
In this respect we would draw your attention to Clause 11 of the BIFA Trading Conditions and would ask you to note that we will not arrange insurance for you unless formally instructed by you in writing.”
All quotations submitted are based on current rates and tariffs; as such they are subject to alteration without notice in the event of third party increase and/or exchange rate fluctuations.
Seafast Cold Chain Logistics plc. cannot be held responsible for any demurrage or late restitution charges forwarded by the Shipping Line or container provider for containers that cannot be restituted by Seafast Cold Chain Logistics as a result of being prevented by matters out of our control i.e. weather conditions and stoppages to Port Operations. As Seafast Cold Chain Logistics provides cross docking services, any return of products must be pre-arranged and agreed with Seafast Cold Chain Logistics management.
All business in respect of storage is conducted in accordance with UKWA Standard Trading Conditions
Jobs cancelled by customers within 24hrs of the planned task commencement may be subject to a minimum £50.00 cancellation fee and any wasted transport costs that may have been incurred.
